Returns & Exchanges Policy
Full-Priced Items:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for UAE orders, and within 20 days for international orders.
Sale Items:
Eligible for exchange or store credit only; no refunds are provided.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or tailored products
Items marked as Final Sale
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Include all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (if applicable)
Be free from makeup stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear
Note: Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined for return or exchange.
Online Card Payments:
Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method or store credit, upon request.
Cash on Delivery (COD) & Card on Delivery:
Not eligible for refunds; only store credit or exchange is offered. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date.
Shipping Fees:
Non-refundable in all cases.
UAE Orders:
The first return or exchange is eligible for free collection. Subsequent returns or exchanges will incur an AED 20 collection fee.
International Orders:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional charges.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Return and exchange requests are processed within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting your request.
