1. Delivery Options & Timelines

We offer flexible delivery services across the UAE, GCC countries (excluding Saudi Arabia), and internationally.

Same-Day Delivery (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

  • Order Cut-off Time: Place your order by 12 PM GST for same-day delivery.

  • Delivery Window: Between 3 PM – 10 PM.

  • Service Areas: Available in select areas of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

  • Fee: Dubai - AED 25, Abu Dhabi - AED 30.

Next-Day Delivery (UAE-Wide)

  • Order Cut-off Time: Place your order by 4 PM GST for next-day delivery.

  • Delivery Window: Between 9 AM – 9 PM.

  • Fee: AED 25.

  • Free Shipping: On orders over AED 500.

Standard Delivery (UAE-Wide)

  • Delivery Timeline: Within 2–5 business days.

  • Fee: AED 20.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

GCC Shipping (Excluding Saudi Arabia)

  • Countries Covered: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.

  • Delivery Timeline: 5–7 business days.

  • Fee: AED 50 (Flat Rate).

  • Free Shipping: On orders over AED 500.

  • Duties & Taxes: Covered by the customer upon delivery.

International Shipping

  • Countries Covered: Worldwide, except Saudi Arabia.

  • Delivery Timeline: 7–14 business days.

  • Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location.

  • Free Shipping: On orders over AED 1000.

  • Duties & Taxes: Handled by the customer based on local regulations.

2. Delivery Charges & Free Shipping

  • UAE: Free shipping on orders above AED 500.

  • GCC (Ex. Saudi Arabia): Free shipping on orders above AED 500.

  • International: Free shipping on orders above AED 1000.

  • Orders Below Minimum Amount: Standard delivery fees apply based on the location.

3. Delivery Schedule & Exceptions

  • Operating Days: Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

  • Public Holidays: No deliveries on UAE public holidays.

  • Delivery Attempts: If you're unavailable, our courier will contact you to reschedule.

4. Special Considerations

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may take longer and could incur additional charges.

  • Large Items: For bulky or heavy items, additional delivery fees may apply.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Use this number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

6. Delivery Partners

We collaborate with reputable courier services to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
Our partners include Aramex, DHL, and FedEx, known for their reliability and efficiency.

7. International Shipping Notes

  • Customs & Duties: All international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Prohibited Regions: At this time, we do not ship to Saudi Arabia due to current logistics restrictions.
